The in-factory craftsmanship and attention to detail of a VPH home are far superior -- to what can be done by a qualified field contractor. Cutting with a $10,000 radial arm saw or a $100,000 component cutter in a factory - are vastly more precise than what can be accomplished by a field carpenter using a hand-held circular saw. The same for fastening methods, the factory uses pneumatic tools, which drive fasteners to precise depths - no hand-held hammer under-driving or shinners. All materials are cut precisely and fastened exactly!
